Deeply thought-provoking quote.
A couple of years ago I vowed not to allow - to the extent possible, to the extent I could control - negativity into my life. It was one of the best and most freeing decisions I've ever made.
it would be good if she told of her process for doing this. deciding on it is one thing i find.. but keeping on keeping on, that's another.. Hope you are very well
